How do Wandercup subscriptions work?

We want to take you on an adventure around the world through your morning cup of coffee. We source the best coffees from around the world, roast them to perfection, and ship them directly to you to be brewed and enjoyed.

Simply select your preferences, and begin your adventure!

The first month you will receive your Wandercup Passport to help you keep track of your coffee world travels!

Each month you will receive a coffee from a different country with information about the country, culture, and bean. We also include a passport sticker for each country so you can keep track of all of the places you’ve visited on your world coffee tour!

Can I change my grind type?

Want to change your grind type? No problem! Simply sign into your account, click “Subscriptions” in the sidebar, and change your grind type.

Can I change the amount of coffee I get per shipment?

Going through coffee faster than you anticipated? Or is coffee piling up faster than you can drink it? You can quickly and easily adjust the amount of coffee you receive per month by signing into your account, clicking “Subscriptions” in the sidebar, and selecting your preference.

Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Yes! Simply create an account and when checking out, tell us that this is a gift in the comment box.

What if I don’t like my coffee this month?

We want you to love your coffee, and we also understand that everyone’s taste is slightly different. While we carefully select the highest quality beans from around the world and roast them to perfection, your feedback is incredibly important to us.

Each month after you receive your coffee, we will send you an email, asking you to rate how you liked your coffee. Feel free to give us your honest feedback, and we will adjust accordingly for your coffee moving forward.

When will I be charged?

Depending on your selected billing frequency, you will be charged when your next order is being prepared.

  • Month to Month – you will be charged 1x per month.
  • 3 months prepaid – you will be charged 1x per 3 months.
  • 6 months prepaid – you will be charged 1x per 6 months.
  • 12 months prepaid – you will be charged 1x per year.

Account

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Simply log in to your account to cancel.

What can I do with an account?

With your account you can:

  • Update your grind preference.
  • Update how much coffee you get per month.
  • Change billing or shipping address.
  • Change payment method or credit card.
  • Track shipments.
  • Change your email address.
  • Pause or Cancel your account.

I’m going away on an adventure, and won’t be able to drink Wandercup coffee for a month or more, can I pause my account?

Yes. Simply log in to your account and say you’d like to skip a month – you will not be charged for that month, and you can restart any time. Please email us if you need further assistance: info@wandercup.co

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 anywhere in the contiguous U.S. For orders below $50, shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout. Standard rates vary based on geographic location.

Where can I ship to?

We will ship your coffee anywhere in the lower 48 states of the U.S.

Can I ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship in the lower 48 states of the United States.

How soon after I order will I receive my coffee?

We believe that fresh-roasted coffee is critical to getting the full flavor from your cup. That’s why we roast all of our coffee on the 15th of the month (or the next closest business day), and ship out within 1 day of being roasted.
It usually takes between 2-5 business days to reach your doorstep.

Is your coffee fair-trade certified?

We strive to only source Fair-Trade or Direct Trade coffee. 100% of our coffee is sourced sustainably, meaning that we make sure to leave no negative impact on the country, region, farm, and people who grow our coffee.

Do you offer flavored coffee?

We do not offer flavored coffee at this time.

Where do you get your coffee?

We source coffee from all over the world, and aim to help you explore the world through your morning cup of coffee. While we offer a limited selection of coffee available constantly on our site, we source the best coffee from different countries and regions to take you to a new place each month.

How much coffee is in each bag?

Each bag contains 12oz. (enough for 30 cups of coffee).

Can I order decaf coffee?

We do not offer decaf coffee at this time.

How fresh is the coffee?

Our coffee is roasted and shipped within 1 day, and will arrive to you within 2-5 business days. So very fresh!

Do I have to use the Wandercup Grinder for Wandercup Coffee?

No, that is just one grinder option, and has been developed to be travel-friendly, quiet, and consistent.

Do I have to create an account to buy standalone coffee or coffee gear?

No, you do not have to create an account. You can check out as a guest if you’d like.
